This summer has brought unprecedented attention to the lifesaving importance of fresh water. As we look toward a generation in which western Canada is predicted to transition from water abundance to water scarcity, there has never been a more important time to become friends, advocates—disciples—of our water sources.

In this half-day workshop, Robin Galey will invite a group exploration of the meaning and purpose of water in our lives, both physically and spiritually, and teach a variety of practices to help us connect with water as a source of life and hope.

This workshop combines content from the Watershed Discipleship Workshop developed by KAIROS Canada and Watershed Discipleship: Reinhabiting Bioregional Faith and Practice edited by Ched Myers with Robin's own theological research.
Coffee, tea, and a simple soup lunch will be provided, so please let us know if you have dietary restrictions.
